Shipping policy

We will ship anywhere in Canada for a flat $9.99 plus HST rate for purchases $350 and under (before tax). These orders will be shipped by courier to your home address. Very sorry, at the present time we cannot offer gift boxes or gift wrapping for shipped items.

We will ship FREE OF CHARGE any orders $350 and over (before tax) anywhere in Canada. These orders will be shipped via courier to your home address.

Shipping fees cannot be refunded. We cannot be responsible for shipments declared delivered by courier but claimed as missing by the recipient. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly approved in writing by DM Reid Jewellers Ltd.

All claims for any damaged goods MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.

All orders for in stock items will be processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

NO CHARGE IN STORE PICKUP is available on all online orders during our current regular business hours which are currently Monday to Friday 930 am to 5 pm, Saturday 9:30 am to 3 pm. Check our website www.reidjewellers.ca for our Christmas and holiday hours.
